NC Craft Brews & Spirits that ‘Shine’

For many couples, planning the drink menu for the reception is just as important as selecting the food that will
be served.  We are thrilled with the ever-increasing demand for local, artisan crafted beverages and are honored
to serve some of North Carolina’s finest brews and spirits. Whether you or your guests are a fan of Pilsners,
Porters, IPAs, Stouts, or Witbiers; we have you covered with over a dozen craft beers proudly brewed in North
Carolina. A few of our favorite NC breweries include: Mother Earth Brewing Co. (Kinston), The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery (Farmville), Highland Brewing Co. (Asheville), and Foothills Brewing (Winston-Salem).

Cocktail enthusiasts will appreciate several remarkable NC crafted spirits on our menu.  For those with an
affection for rum, an absolute must-try is, Carolina Coast Spiced Rum (Benson). This rum is featured in one of
our most popular signature drinks, the Carolina Dark and Stormy (pictured above). Gin lovers will be delighted
with Mother Earth’s Solar-Made Gin.  This juniper-forward, dry gin is sure to please even the most
discriminating of Martini aficionados.  For those filled with either nostalgia or curiosity, we offer three
moonshines hailing from Johnson County, the moonshine capital of NC.  Jeremy Norris, at Broadslab Distillery,
has preserved the legacy and tradition of over five generations of master distillers. Those new to moonshine
may want to start their adventure with an Appleshine Martini (featured above) while those familiar with ‘White
Lightnin’ may best enjoy it served neat. With such a wonderful array of Carolina crafted libations, we say it’s
